I transferred to the wrong recipient. Can I reverse the transaction?

Unfortunately, you are not able to cancel a completed fund transfer. Once your transfer has been marked completed in the app, we are not able to recall or reverse the transaction.

We highly recommend for you to cross-check and confirm the transfer details prior to authorization. You can click the "Edit" button if you would like to change any details before proceeding further.
