What happens if I fail to maintain min. RM2,000 balance in my Boost Bank account for at least 25 days in a month?

You will be de-ranked to Boost Basic in the following month. To rank back up to Platinum President, just top up your Boost Bank balance to min. RM2,000 and maintain your balance for at least 25 days within the calendar month.

 

Illustration:

• User A is a Platinum President in Month 1.

• In Month 2, User A fails to maintain RM2,000 end-of-day balance in their Boost Bank account for 25 days. As a result, User A will be de-ranked to Boost Basic in Month 3.

• To rank back up to Platinum President, User A will need to top up their Boost Bank balance to min. RM2,000 and maintain this end-of-day balance for 25 days in a calendar month.
