I've signed up for a Boost Bank account via the Boost Bank app but encountered an error message when I tried to redeem the Promocode on the Boost app. What should I do?
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Step 1: Please ensure you're using the latest app version (v7.2 and above for both iOS and Android)
Step 2: Link your Boost Bank account to the Boost app. Open your Boost app, tap on the 'Bank' icon, enter your BANK PIN, and log in to your Boost Bank dashboard.
(Skip this step if you signed up for your Boost Bank account via Boost app)
Step 3: Retry redemption process. After successfully logging in to your Boost Bank dashboard, return to your Boost app home screen, go to Profile > Redemption Code, and retry the redemption process again. You should now be able to redeem it successfully.
